Account Help - Ranged/Combat

I have goals of creating a Staker/Range & Mage Tank, but need some opinions as to what I should do, because I'm almost at my goal stats.

My initial Goals were:

99 Attack
50 Strength
99 Defence
99 Hp
99 Ranged
99 Mage
22 Prayer
100 Combat

This way, I could box stake, with a high advantage, I could range and mage box stake, and I could also PK with ranged in void.

---BUT---

Is it worth getting combat levels for Rigour, and a Handcannon?

I could pot up to 69 Strength for the Handcannon Quest from 56 Strength, and I'd get 74 prayer for Rigour, but it'd give me 9 combat levels.

Is it worth getting Rigour and a Handcannon in exchange for 9 combat levels?

 

Well, here is my best advice:
Reach your initial goals, start staking, see how things go, when you get bored or if it's not efficiant get those strength and prayer levels, and see how things go. ^_^

Dont think you should get prayer... leave at 17 if doing ancients...
