Is Handcannon + Rigour Worth 9 Combat Levels?

I have goals of creating a Staker/Range & Mage Tank, but need some opinions as to what I should do, because I'm almost at my goal stats.

My initial Goals were:

99 Attack
50 Strength
99 Defence
99 Hp
99 Ranged
99 Mage
22 Prayer
100 Combat

This way, I could box stake, with a high advantage, I could range and mage box stake, and I could also PK with ranged in void.

---BUT---

Is it worth getting combat levels for Rigour, and a Handcannon?

I could pot up to 69 Strength for the Handcannon Quest from 56 Strength, and I'd get 74 prayer for Rigour, but it'd give me 9 combat levels.

Is it worth getting Rigour and a Handcannon in exchange for 9 combat levels?

 

Staking is staking pking is pking keep the two seperate.

By getting 74 prayer you lose your advantage at staking. Honestly I'd say create another account if you really want to hand cannon.

 

The staking aspect of your account would be negatively affected too much for the benefits of a hand cannon.

Keep the levels how you had in mind, and if you want to pk, use a dark bow/rune cbow/morgans javs.
99 range can do a lot of damage without the use of a handcannon, trust me.

Not by much. I think that at 112 or so you can be 99-99-99 and not many people would really be looking to box at level 100 without similar stats.

I would say go for it, and if you find it difficult to find duels move up to 99-70-99 or if your stats aren't already maxed I'd say 90- 50/60 -90

Yup hand cannon is really fun with rigour.

Staking doesnt really benefit you when your low level nowadays i think but ah well id go for the void and handcannon its fun to pk every now and then.

Plus I'm fairly sure you receive Strength experience as part of the reward after completing the Hand cannon quest.

I would also recommend for you to stay 1 Prayer if you plan on staking.

 

Staking side, no pking side yes. i am rolling a range/mage tank aswell for pking, with rig/aug. it is a good pk setup but not so much staking, as prayers will prob be disabled.
