HELP ME :D

P.S. When i try and shovit my front foot seems to go backwards and away from the board and most of the time i catch the deck late... i t

Any of you got tips on heelflips? I can't seem to keep the board under me, either that or I can never get my feet to find the board.

For shuvs you gotta practice with the foot you keep on the tail sweeping it forward and after you get the hang of it try shuvs than pops.

Honestly, from my experiences from skating, its all psychological. You're subconciously scared of landing it. Going balls out and trying to land on the board is the best thing you can do.
