Jagex Banning Bots ----must Read-----!

Not banned yet! And in a recent post their statements only hinted at attacking the bots from the source, the devs... but nothing towards actual macro detection!

You should be fine if your botting just 1 or 2 bots. This is mostly for the spamming and mass gold farmers.

 

FIXED: we get banned and 'use a bot to' make a new account not hard

 

Thats why we bot on throw away accounts.

 

Any proofs that they are banning more than then?

 

I lost my santa and 15m due to this update I botted first time on my main for 24 minutes and I got banned straight permanently for Macroing major. It's my first offence so I hope I'll get unbanned.

Jagex has said this numerous times, all I know is that none of my accounts have been banned regardless of botting literally 24/7 through these "bot banning" threats

 

Just fear techniques. Poor attempt by Jagex!

 

I've been botting my Main 24/7 for about a week now, with other random minor bots going 24/7 on the side (Main + 1 to 2 other accounts botting).. No bans anywhere (knock on wood) haha. Guessing fear tactics honestly.

 

Yeah probably is. I've been botting 4 of my accounts at the same time for 22+ hours/day now for about a week long. No bans, as usual.

 

Just because they say they're doing it doesnt mean they are.
I've been running 8 iDungeon Pro's for the last 96 hours.
No bans.

Just make a new account and bot again! Simple as that.

Jagex has said this for years, nothing much happens.
And there is no way they can ban bots only prevent them.

 

if they just keep changing portal ids and shit like that they can prob stop the bots.

 

That won't stop soul wars, alching, fletching, etc bots.

Jagex always do this every now and then, saying that they're cracking down on botting.
Its just used as fear to put us off, and in a lot of cases its working.

 

Just like school.
In ours, they're really strict in the beginning of the year.
But as time passes, our school authorities start to slack and get a lot more lenient
