Why doesn't sythe himself use sythe.

I'm sure when he created the website he planned to use the market..

What more does he need.

 

There's a vast difference between a webmaster and a user. Most webmasters have no use for their websites, other than to administrate them and make sure they run smoothly.

Sythe uses the SFA section sometimes, as well as various other areas from time to time, but if I remember correctly, he doesn't play RS anymore. He had interest in botting a while back, but I haven't seen him do much of that lately.

Not to mention, he's highly busy with school and work and such, so he doesn't really engage in extra-curricular activities.

 

Think Sythe is a kid or a grown man?
I'm just asking cause personally, I don't know.

 

I am sure he could use extra cash and what better way than to use the market of his own website where everyone will go first to him without hesitation.

But for all we know, He could of had his days Sything in the markets back in the days of it's creation,
He probably got all of his sything needs already

I think he could definitely make a pretty penny using the market.

 

I quickly checked a site that estimates websites value and sythe.org is estimated to be worth 100k atm and was worth 200k during 07-08.

 

I don't think he has interest in runescape much less the community. It's just free money to him now. (Which I totally don't blame him for.)

Really? I didn't know that, I thought that it was was the opposite.
I can see a huge business potential with Sythe alone

 

Also I believe he created this website for his bots/SCAR work he did, not for the market.

 

Someone had an ancient archived version of Sythe, when the theme was some kind of Lime green and dark blue, and i don't believe there was a market section. Even if there was, there were more post in the SCAR section.

Yeah I think that's the only thing he does now, apart from maintaining the site.

 

He made a nice post about staff restructuring a few weeks ago. I imagine he's very busy...
