When I tried to make a $100 purchase (200m runescape gold) for 95.00$ I found out that I had to give out a photo ID or use moneybrookers, after contacting support, I decided to try to use moneybrookers and they told me to cancel the order as it was on "verifying payment". However, when I pressed verifying payment, I didn't get a countdown timer for my refund. So my question is, will I still be refunded the 95$ spent? And how long does it usually take?
