Economical Crysis - Are you tirred of it?

    Hello,

Are you all tirred of everyone saying, there is a financial crysis going on?
Well in fact there hasn't been in a very long period. Why?
Because the reason why there is, an actual crysis is because of those, who still believe there is a crysis.

Therefor they end up, making a crysis.
Personally i am really tirred of it, as i am not able to get a job, i took the first stage of the education for Auto Mechanic, wich is my dream job. It took me 6 months to go throught that, and now when it comes down to get an actual job.

You just gets no, no, no and no everywhere, because everyone are afraid of expanding. Even tho they have enough work and enough money to survive if anything happends, they even get 14,000$ to hire me, of the Goverment!

What is your opinion on this *crysis* ?

Okay guys, it's spelled Crisis. Crysis is the game.

And I think it sucks. Get out there and protest with your fellow citizens and encourage people to show that we want change.

I'm 90% sure that a crisis is temporary by definition. This has lasted for nearly 4 years. It's just a way of life.

Idk how the economy is in Denmark, and whether its a crisis or not,
But in the US, you're only in a recession if you already don't have money,
    Lucky me ;)

Okay here is what it is:

2% of the Population = 90%+ of the wealth

To solve this crisis would be pocket change for them, but instead they pay lobbyist big money to have their taxes cut. If you go back to Rome it was destabilized because the gap between the upper class and the lower classes that would cause riots and revolts and eventually led to the fall of the western empire.

    It's disgusting.

I'm 17-years-old, and due to the economy it is really hard for me to even look at getting a job.

I live in a hard working family. All of us have jobs and are in college or have graduated.

I believe that if you work had and prove your worth you will be just fine. 21 credit hours and 30+ hours a week. Work hard and you can easily be self sufficient while in college.

It's the way I was raised, my mother has 3 masters degrees and my father two.

I don't get it. Ive had a job for over a year and I'm only 19. My job is not at risk. I don't make a lot but it gets me through college, along with my grades and scholarships.

Present yourself in a professional manner and have a good appearance and you shouldn't have an issue getting a job.

Stop sending applications in online and waiting for a call. Apply and go talk to the manager, impress them. This stuff is easy.

Having attended a fuck ton of job interviews, I can safely say this advice does NOT apply to all of them. I've turned up to every single interview impeccably presented, been well mannered, extremely professional etc. and been denied in favour of people that have experience. Not all of us have the confidence to go 'speak to the manager and impress them', and nor is it that easy in every place of work. Managers are often very busy and will rarely give up their time to go speak to potential employees.

Economical Crysis - Are you tirred of it?

I have personally visit each place, i am not lazy at anypoint, i have placed applies in over 50 different places, and some of them i have visited up to 10 times during the year. I have been in practical work in about 8-10 weeks in 4 different places.

It is not easy to get a job in Denmark, at my friends education school, they had 4 out 200 with a working place. I kinda think that says alot.

In my class as Auto Mechanic, there wasnt anyone with a contract on work place, and only a few has gotten one.

I have also ended my exam with a 10, wich is the second highest grade in how Petrol engine works.

I have to agree with Giverny, just because you attend to them personally and speak to them into a professional manner, doesnt means that they accept you. Think about it, most common Auto Mechanic places gets easily 10+ applicants a month, as there is so many without a job.

I disagree with you, managers will more often than not take a few minutes to talk to you. When they're looking to hire someone EVERY SINGLE APPLICATION IS THE SAME, or at least close. Having an impression of someone by talking to them face to face is the absolute perfect way to introduce yourself, and let them know that you're a good choice for the position. A great interview will be chosen over moderately more experience, nearly every time.

*sigh*. "second highest grade" is what sticks out to me. My brother recently graduated from Clarkson University and instantly got a job offer with a salary over 60k a year. None of his friends can say the same. He had a 4.0 and they had between 3.5 and 3.8. Try your hardest and be the best, not the second best, not the third best. Companies are looking for the best. The person who shows that they're capable and someone who shows they want the job.

I were going to be the best, however i wasnt close enough, according to the censor, but i cannot argue with a 10.

Also, this were only the first stage of the education, and finding a work place for a newly *educated* auto mechanic is harsh in Denmark. I'd wish i could find one, as its my dream job, but thats how it is.
