    Staking Glitches Allowed Now?

Please don't talk about dileberately breaking jagex rules, RWT is against jagex rules but most of us do it, botting is against jagex rules but most of us do it, we are in the runescape BLACK market for fucks sake. Just incase you don't know, the black market isn't a fucking toysrus. In a wierd world, the sane are wierd. If you assume most people are glitching, utilizing a glitch yourself would put you on equal terms, no? So technically, you can think of this as a safety net. =3

fuck you all I just want to make billions of GP fuck being fair cash money all day you can QQ ="( about glitching being scamming I'll go do 1b stakes after I find a guide peace bitches

Recovering accounts isn't illegal and I don't think it even breaks Jagex's rules yet it is illegal on sythe.

What are you talking about? That it what my whole post said? I said they are PROMOTED on sythe bro. I still don't completely understand you'll whole post though.

And about recovering accounts, recovering accounts is illegal by law. If i took it to court and could prove you recovered the account that i paid for, that would be illegal, because once money gets involved its tangible.

How can someone sell you something that isn't their property?

That's a good point. Botting effects other players by driving down prices (at least it used to drive the price of shit down a done) and RWT gives people an unfair advantage because they are able to buy better weapons and shit and when they go stake, one will have better weapons than the other because they other is legit. That is scamming since it gives an unfair advantage. What?

In the court's eyes, it is your property, which is why runescape does rollbacks now instead of perm bans. they rollback you account because once you link you cc/pay for membership, the item becomes tangible in the court's eyes.

Whether the court views it or not, there would be close to no circumstance that any account would be worth fighting over in court.

I rememer talking about this earlier on the case of Chessy; since the court won't put a real world value on the account's wealth there wouldn't be much to justify going to court.

I'm just using it as a reference.. not saying you should actually do it, let's not forget what this topic is about.

They could face court for accessing an account that did not belong to them - not selling whatever it held.

This will must probably go to the not allowed list again, as staking glitches are always a scam, or it's already leaked to the public and everyone knows it and you won't rly make any profit. I don't see why anyone with a staking glitch will come and sell it when he can make billions out of it.

Nonsense. By playing runescape, you agree to Jagex's Terms and Conditions, which state, fairly unequivocally:

I think sythe distinguishes between a glitch and a scam, although I'm not sure why. For that post, it doesn't help that he came out and used the word scam either

There's not much difference between glitching and scamming in the duel arena.

To answer the question, yes, they're allowed to be sold, If you actually look, one of the threads you linked (the one that says they're not allowed) is in the archives.
