I UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF PLAYER AUCTIONS!! how ever i am a deployed soldier in afghanistan. i tryed to make an account but u need to have a phone to call and get a pin... as retarted as this sounds YES we do have very shitty internet but NO we do not have access to a phone. i am a verfied paypal user and have bought many things on sythe with just using paypal. never have i had any issues. im just trying to get some cash and have something to past the time while im here on the COP.
