Question about Gamertag sales

I see a lot of them being sold in the X-box section, and I'm just kind of curious to know how exactly a gametag sale works. I'm assuming it isn't like selling a Runescape display name, so how do you transfer ownership of a GT?

Question about Gamertag sales

Same way as a Runescape account, the only difference is that you don't have to wait 30 days.
