Could I do Monkey Madness?

Stats:
Attack: 60
Strength: 70
Defence: 60
Pray:45
HP: 65

I have all the money i need for items/food etc.

My armour would include dragon legs, med helm, rune plate or fighter torso, Obby shield, Glory Amulet, and most likely Dragon long.

yes, the quest isn't hard it mostly just involes alot of running around, and the demon fight is rather easy

You could probably still do it if you had 1 pray and 1 def. You'll be fine

 

Oh my gosh, you could do it any time. The quest is so easy, I did it on a level 35 pure. It won't be a problem. If you think you'll have trouble, go to runehq and it will walk you through it, step by step.

 

Just google a guide real easy.

Yes lol, I did it with 40 attack, 40 str, 1 def, 37hp, 43 pray. I has no troubles at all. Mages the demon with 37 Mage too. You can do it easyyy

 

No problem, it has been done with pures a lot.

 

Pures do it all the time and if you want you can just set up a cannon the whole boss fight and run around.

 

Its not very hard, just use a quest guide and use prayer.
