Thread Implementation - Botting Bans/Ban Rate

Just a small idea that went through my mind while browsing a few threads on botting; it seems that though there are a number of bans on Runescape due to Macroing and such related offenses, they're not as widely publisized as they could be.
Certain in-game skills and activities as of late are being heavily targeted for Bans, and I think an additional sticky related to this somewhere in the Runescape forums could be a valuable addition.

Basically the thread would give an opportunity for members to post with any bans they have received recently, and what bots they had been using as well as the lengths of time they had been botting for. This would also create a great place for peer script feedback and reviews, with other members able to openly state if a script is flawed, broken, overcrowded, or heavily monitored and lead to their ban.
Members also have the option of discussing and making queries in the thread about specific scripts, eg. "is Artewaterfiends currently a very reliable and safe script to use? Has anyone received a ban using it?".

This would all help users avoid certain scripts and developers so they are able to continue botting safely and have peace-of-mind.

I don't see the harm of adding a sticky for this, there are quite a bit of "Ban Rate?" topics popping up in the RS General/RS Cheating section and a sticky like this would surely cut down the number of those kinds of topics.

You can't accurately calculate which bot you shouldn't bot on, the bans are random, you can be caught with any bot.
If you bot 24/7 you're more likely to get banned, if you bot smartly then you're less likely to get banned, but there is still a chance; that's the risk people take.

This seems quite pointless in my view and there's already a purposely correct section for those type of discussions.

Plus an additional section/sub-section to simply implement what you're suggesting is just a waste of bandwidth.

You can't really avoid being banned, no matter what advice people give there is always a chance you'll be banned.

 

Of course not, but i mean alike this;

People can go into the thread and see for advices on how not to get banned, i.e. Soul Wars alching instead of doing it into Regular bankings.
