just took 6 times the normal dose of dextromethorphan

i dont know what possessed me to do something stupid like this, I feel a strange sensation in my throat, like its blocked and swallowing is harder. Only took it like 5 mins ago, feel nothing apart from that.

Should i be worried?

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); difficulty urinating; fast, slow, or irregular heartbeat; fever; hallucinations; mental or mood changes (eg, anxiety, nervousness); paleness; seizures; severe or persistent dizziness, lightheadedness, or headache; tremor. Call your doctor now, if you're throat is swelling it's an obvious sign you have taken too much or you are allergic to the drug. Either way you should cll your doctor and see what they say.
