Ban evaded

Hello.
This is one of those cases where the only rule I broke was ban evading.
I have had 2 other accounts
"Kimochii" and "Usa - Sadistic Vampire"
Before my tl;dr story.
When I was banned as Usa- Sadistic Vampire I wasn't given a chance to dispute.
When I was banned as kimochii I was banned because I was believed to be "fcapeservices"
So this whole dispute will be directed to prooving that I am not him.
So before, with all this new IP technology thingies, can this proove my innocence?

What was I originally banned for: It was close to ban evading.
I was first temp banned for "self vouching" because he vouched for me.
He has had access to my account and he tried to help me out by editing a vouch in my vouches section, fcapeservices ended up scamming and fireZ issued me a 90 day ban.
I ended up banned me about 5 months later.

Things that I know can proove my innocence: I changed my passwords before I was temp banned for self vouching because fcapeservice had been in my account. After that, he never logged into my account.
His password and my passwords never match, whenever I created an account I always use the same password.
With this complicated Ip checking system I KNOW you can verify that what I am saying is the truth and that I am not fcapeservices.
I do not know if you can proove this but we were probably online at the same time a lot back when this happened.
FireZ was the mod in charge of most of my bans.

The part where I help you help me:
the last time I didn't get a chance to dispute, I disputed and then was asked to request a high pardon by hahanerd, I requested a pardon and was told I couldn't request a high pardon if I wasn't 6 months old.

I do not have much hopes for this but hopefully your system that could tell I am kimochii can also tell you that I am not fcapeservices.

I always wanted to respond to what fireZ said in my 12-05-10 dispute.
Yes sir I am responsible for my IP but no scamming ever happened from here, I have 2 houses (mother, father) you will note that there were no scams in ANY of my accounts or ANY of my IPs.
I am looking forward to hear any response and will try to talk to a staff member.
