Requirements to deny suggestions.

Not gonna make this suggestion a tl;dr suggestion as I do all the time.

Since I am often seeing a staff member locking the thread upon not supporting the idea.
Plain and simple
A suggestion should be denied ONLY when:
Most of the staff do not support.

Of course if a staff member can speak in behalf of most staff members then it would be a time saver to deny the suggestion anyways.

This is simply because a suggestion should have the same requirements to get accepted than it would to get denied.

acclaration: this is not directed towards the individual staff member that triggered me to suggest this . Please refrain from paradoxes ty.
