Hey everyone would like some help on my PA order that i disputed.

So this seller claims to have given me a blue partyhat he was selling that i bought. I know for a fact he did not contact me in anyway sort. and claims to have screen shots of me trading him and taking the phat from him. here are his fakes pictures of what i can see lol.

Please list what you think is wrong in this photo as PA thinks this is verified delivery. as i know its not i can see many things wrong. Just want to know if im right thanks .

Ummm well first of all your pictures are too small. But base on what I see (too limited) at the end of the pic, it seem like the trade did not go through at all. And it looks like he is wearing a blue phat. Screenshots do not really provide proof. He could of just hit cancel. There no way the trade went through. Are you by any chance K E V? When you made the order what did you put for the rsn part?
