    Mostly smudge-made.

    Made the background from scratch.

    Some textures/a single bubble c4d used.

    The pokemon ruins it, the bigger one doesn't got any flow.

    thats because you ruined the depth with those bait star stocks and effect c4ds

    pure smudge is the way forward. just dodge and burn block colours instead of smudging a new layer its bare easy.

    The blue of the bottom left corner could possibly be shifted forward in the composition to overlap the stars and also the light surrounding Pichu. Asides from that, I think surj has touched base on the rest :)
