Why would i sell for 100M when 100M is the Starting Bid. I won't even consider anything under 300M, and what i'd take right now is probably 375-400M.

 

I contacted them to see if they would raise their bid of 200 / 215M , seeing as they offered that much as a starting bid, i'm sure they would raise their price. '100M right now' Means he wants to buy it for 100M, right now, meaning he most likely wont triple his bid.
