Is turmoil worth the cost?

Hello guys, I have been considering getting Turmoil for my main. Im currently lvl 121 and i'm not sure i wanna take the jump to get from 70-95 prayer. Is turmoil really that good, what can you use it for?

 

Yes it's worth it, you use it for everything. Pking, slaying, general pvm, bosses, everything lol. You hit up to 32% higher which is awesome lol. Soul split is also very useful for healing and smiting people

 

Yes but i enjoyed bieng low combat level using piety depends on the person tbh

 

96 Herb/Piety is better than 56 Herb/Turmoil.

If you don't already have 96 Herb then I would get that first.

 

Thanx for all the feedback! The only thing that keeps me from getting the herb is that i find it boring... It takes to long to level up but...

Turmoil is good for general Bossing, Slaying, PKing etc.

Piety is really only good if you can get overloads (And not have overloads w/ Turmoil) and are a pker, as your combat is lower, which means u'll be fighting mains with turmoil with much lower combat stats, giving you the advantage.

All-in-All, i'd get turmoil. SS + Turmoil + Berserker helps ALOT in any situation.

Turmoil is completely worth it, and at this time turmoil is also cheaper than ever before! I would HIGHLY reccomend purchasing it if you have the extra cash lying around If you don't have a ton of cash to spend and want to save some money, buy infernal ashes at 2k each. You will need between 35-40k ashes to get to 95 from 70, which should end up costing 75-80M. I spent 70M going from 74-95 using infernal ashes.

Dragon bones are also at an extreme low right now for roughly 2.6k per bone

 

On à main, get it definately!

 

depends on what you use it for imho. i had a 30 def turm pure and i ended up selling him becuase i got bored. so make sure what your doing it with keeps you busy. wish i never spent that 120m

Turmoil and Overloads absolutely rape. It's well worth it dude.

 

How much would overload cost from lvl 55 herb?

 

Turmoil is good for any MELEE situation, like pking, bandos godwars, zamorak godwars, sara godwars, corp, kbd, slayer. Overloads are useful for and type of player versus monster, any bosses, any slayer task, but can't be used for player killing. It really depends on what you like to do.

Turmoil makes a considerable difference in your accuracy and your max hits. I use it for everything I do involving melee on both of my main accounts.

You might look into Extremes/Overloads as well, as those are another thing I cannot live without after trying them during Slayer tasks and Bossing.

The cost is well worth it. You will also see a lot of doors open for you when trying to join clans or bossing teams because you have Turmoil/Extremes/OVL

 

Worth every penny. If you do any pking/bossing its a must.
