New Pure? A Chaotic Tank.

Hi Sythe.

Well I was sat here thinking of good ideas when I thought of a chaotic tank
it's basically a PK'ing Pure/Tank with maybe 70 defence, like this.

-85 Attack
-99 Strength
-94 Magic
-52 Prayer
-70 Defence
-80 Dungeoneering
-70 Range

 

Those stats look more like a low level main with 80 Dung than a pure...?

Yes and why the 80 attack and dunge? For a chaotic that's why, so I'm gonna stick with chaotic tank for now.

But by that logic, I can give an account with 70 Defence 85 Attack and 80 Slayer and call it a "WHIP VINE TANK".

New RS is stupid. It's a low level main, nothing special.

Yeah most people don't even consider barrows pures, pures because of it having such high overall combat stats. But I am going to build this and see how it runs.

Why not 80 attk 70 str 99 def? Would switch things up. Yes you wouldn't hit as high, but you would get hit a lot less.

 

You would never get a KO with those stats either. Those stats might work in the duel arena but who ever your fighting in the wild is either going to KO you or run when their food is gone.

 

It's nothing new, there's already a couple famous youtubers with stats like the ones you described.

Very effective against Zerker pures though I might add, I get wrecked when I fight builds with maxed gear as stated above.

Thats cool that you were trying to think up some new character builds man, but the problem is that that build already exists, and is everywhere. I have an account just like that, and I would just consider it a "barrows pure" (although I hate that term) or a low level main, based around offense. The only difference is that I am also almost 99 attack, and have turmoil aswell. Most accounts with that exact build are going to have 80+ dungeoneering and chaotic weapons anyways, as they are pretty much essential for PKing when you are in a high combat range like that. Also, a tank usually has higher defence than attack and strength, in order to be able to wear maximum defensive gear and tank heavy damage.

So a "chaotic tank" would be a completely inappropriate name for that sort of build, because it is neither a tank, or is there anything special about it's stats or the fact that it uses a chaotic weapon to PK.

 

yea its just a low main...i staked a range tank with the shields awhile ago..it did pretty good

 

A tank is supposed to have higher defence than 70 imo.

 

This is good but it has its weaknesses.
