Requesting a High Pardon - Final

I have been banned for over a year now. During this time away from Sythe I would first like to say that I have 'ban evaded' (I don't remember the username) but it was to post on the "Finn is Dishonest" thread and I openly stated that I was badger191 and was banned on that account promptly.

As some of you may, or may not know I've banned under the assumption of self-vouching. The account that I've supposedly self-vouched was 'Depend' (http://www.sythe.org/member.php?u=192506) who is a real life friend of mine. As I've told Tyro, Depend and I have been on Sythe at the same time in the same house, and hes' been at mine and I've been at his - This is where the problem lies.

I have provided the staff (Tyro) with my address, name, phone number and IP and my friend's addresses, phone number, and IP posted so they are able to check whatever they need to check.

Now, if I'm correct here is what I'm banned for:

1. Receiving a vouch from an IRL friend. (one of the vouches even states he is my friend, and I've supplied information to the staff) - This was before I was a moderator and I think it was around my 30th (not sure) vouch. I did this because I did MM a trade form him an I though "What the hell, might as well get two vouches for one MM". I understand that this type of behavior is uncalled for, but I hope you can realize that I was young at the time and that I have matured since then.

2. Ban evading - Yes, as I previously stated I have ban evaded to post on a thread with my own opinions. I know that I shouldn't of done this, or I should of at least had someone else post it for me, and I apologize for this.

Contributions to the Site:
Though you might not believe it, I have contributed quite a lot to this website from cleaning the spam forum, catching scammers/evaders, stopping people from impostors, and MM'ing. I've MM'ed many trades, and even been on accounts with well over 2B RSGP and nothing had been touched. As Sythe's longest sectional, I firmly believe that I was considered a trusted member of the community. If you would like to contact someone who I've spent a lot of time with, please contact either Spyike, or Video. I know I caused a lot of drama and trouble, but I honestly think that I have done a lot more good than I have done bad; I hope you can see this too.

Additional notes:
I apologize if I have caused any trouble when I was first banned; I was just extremely angry for being banned; it was all quite sudden for me. I thought it was a joke at first until Tyro stopped replying to my messages, this is when I ban evaded and ranted like mad about the staff. This was a terrible move by me and I have paid the price.

I don't expect to come back with my previous rankings, or an ex-mod one, but if I was granted access to the website I would appreciate it if my account was restored to where it was before I was banned. I ask this because I figure that I'll have to earn some trust before I start buying/selling again and I decided to go back into the MM'ing business if I was unbanned.

FireZ, I know you don't like me because I called you terrible things after I got banned, but I can assure you that I had never scammed once in my life. I have ban evaded, but while doing so I had not scammed. I am not 'trolling' by making these appeals, though you might think otherwise, I am legitimately trying to get back to the website. I know we have our differences but I hope we can settle them.

Finn, I'm sorry about calling you out on the thread made by Tyro but I was just enraged at the time and I have cooled down since then. I really hope you can forgive me for what I had done.

Tyros investigation thread should be 100 times the evidence needed to keep you under lock and key, of course admin archived as of the moment.

I originally talked to JT via PM about this, but now that I'm back on staff I figure it best to post myself.

If I remember rightly, before Tyro was demoted he originally banned Badger for reselling a Runescape account over and over... (my memory is slightly hazy about this though).
Sam did a large in-depth investigation into him, as well as approached Badger himself and got a confession that he was abusing his powers to scam other members.
Though I could be wrong, I swear this is what I recall his demotion and ban being for; then him outright flaming the rest of the staff with a statement once banned. There may be a thread regarding the matter in the Admin archives, but I feel Badger is just being deceivingly opportunistic and abusing the fact that Tyro is no longer a member of this site.

On the other hand, I could be completely delusional and imagining this all up - but could I please ask for an Administrator to search further into this?

1. If allowed, I would like to see the investigation that Tyro conducted so I can give my own input on what he had found.

2. FireZ, are you serious? I don’t even know who sent you that “Proof”, hell, I don’t even remember this being an issue in my previous appeals; it seems like you’re pulling out excuses to keep me banned. In my time on and off Sythe I have never framed anyone.

3. To the user who stated: “If he gets unbanned, then unban all of the scammers that have passed through Sythe” – I have yet to see any proof that I have scammed anyone and it bothers me to see others call me a scammer when I have NEVER done so. That user is acting as if I’m the second coming of Sigex ready to attack the second I am unbanned, but that is exactly the opposite. On another note, people who have ACTUALLY scammed, and those who have done far worse, have been unbanned. I mean, really, look at the List of Awarded Pardons if you need proof that those who have really scammed, phished, and hacked have been pardoned. If you’re going to claim that what I did, having a friend vouch me (who even stated he was my friend) and ban evading to post on a single thread (also openly stating who I was in that post) you must be outright ridiculous.

4. I have apologized for what I have actually done, but I will not apologize for something that I have not done that others are claiming that I had done, without proof. It has been one year away from this website, as of 10 October 11, 2011, and I can say for myself that I am a changed man. I don’t know why you have this burning passion to destroy me and try to keep me down, but I only wish that you can open your mind, open your heart, and open your eyes. I still believe that my contributions to the website outweigh my poor actions that should of only been a one-month ban at most.

5. Just saw your post, Alt. Tyro did approach me and he asked for the name, address, location, and relationship of the user Depend (the one who vouched me) and my name, address, and phone number. I explained the entire issue with him and he never really replied back to me after that. I too want to see the thread myself. “I feel Badger is just being deceivingly opportunistic and abusing the fact that Tyro is no longer a member of this site.” I actually liked Tyro more than most of the staff and I respect him for the work he did, it was FireZ that didn’t like. Anyways I don't add little twats such as yourself to msn. This pardon is ridiculous and is right below Tengauges. If you were banned as a staff member and its been over a year, get the clue already.

 

If your so sure that he isn't banned for what he thinks he is banned for get the proof unarchived and let him answer for it. Otherwise, your word is the same as his word.

 

I've contacted Giverny about this, and I believe she was on the staff team during the period this all went down - hopefully she recalls it and can fish up the thread. Might I ask for the 7 day support period be placed on hold until this gets sorted out? It wouldn't be too good if staff based their support (or lack of) on ambiguous information.
