Making new accounts to bot

When you guys make new accounts to either bot up and sell, or bot up for goldfarming purposes, what is the best method to go about this?

Since you can no longer make a username to log in with, I am assuming that people probably go to hotmail or something similar and make a bunch of fake hotmail e-mail accounts to use so that you have a legitimate e-mail to log into your RS account with. Is this what most of you guys do? It seems like a total pain in the ass

Also - If I were to bot up a few pures to sell, I would obviously leave the e-mail unregistered to make the sale alot smoother, but what about the e-mail that you need to log in? Should I keep records of these e-mail accounts and passwords to sell along with the pures once they are ready to be sold? If I have to make a bunch of e-mail accounts in order to create some new accounts, I will be making real accounts, just I highly doubt I will be using them for anything except for providing a legitimate log in name.

I am very new to botting, and I want to make a few accounts that I can work on as little side projects, either to make low level PKing accounts for fun/for sale, or to experiment with goldfarming methods to help bring in a few extra bucks on RS. Any info is appreciated, or if somebody can link me to a useful guide on botting basics and getting started, that would be fantastic

***ALSO - I need some suggestions on good F2P goldfarming methods. I do realize that on F2P, goldfarming is going to be pretty shitty. But this is just a start, and money is still money, regardless of how little it is. I'm not sure whether there is any money in mining, fishing, mining essence/runecrafting etc., or collecting resources to sell (stuff like jugs of wine, limpwurt roots etc). Any suggestions will help and will be considered!

 

Most people use fake emails like "[email protected]"

Some people actually create the account with an email address AND give you the email address as well.

I WOULD keep records as well.

 

I believe there is a rsbuddy script that will create accounts and record their name and pass in a .txt file.

 

Cool thanks. I will look into that script and see if it is worth it..although I will most likely do it by hand to make sure it gets done properly. Its really a shame that you need an email to log in now.. I miss the old days when your username WAS your log in name. I think that I will probably have to create a file on my computer, Blackberry, and written down on paper in my desk drawer that keeps records of all the emails and passwords of these accounts. I'm sure it will make account sales easier too if it comes with the email that it is registered too aswell.

Excellent, thanks guys! I also forgot to mention in my thread, what are some of the best F2P money making methods? I know that its near impossible to make any real money on F2P but I thought I would get started there anyways.... anything like collecting essence and runecrafting, collecting items, mining, fishing etc... any suggestions? Most of the bots I am running right now are just being botted up into cheap pures that I can sell.

 

The only thing I can think of is like you said F2p essence and Iron is selling decent right now too.

On F2P you can't mine pure essence can you? Just regular rune essence? Last time I checked, I think the stuff was worth like 30gp each lol. Would you just mine very large amounts of rune essence to sell, or should I start botting runecrafting and sell the runes from that?

 

Just regular. And no, don't sell the runes, it'll be a waste of time

 

How much do P2P item collecting bots make? The ones that collect herblore items, like snape grass or potato cactus or things like that? Or a chaos druid bot that would farm herbs? I wouldn't mind upgrading a few of the bots if they were capable of easily making the money back + much more.
