Is it safe to change name this way?

You can change your name for 28 days, after 28 days, Jagex gives you 7 days to change your name back to your previous name or else after the 7 days is up (on the 35th day) your name will be public for others to take. However, in this case since it's multi-spaced and multi-spaced usernames aren't publicized anymore, it'll be permanently deleted and no one else can have it.

 

That's incorrect. After you change your name and 28 days have passed, you'll be able to change the name again. If you do not change it, the previous name will be reserved for 7+ days (it depends on how long you had the name; the longer you had it, the longer it will be reserved). It's pretty random, usually the name is received for about a month if you only had the previous name for the minimum of 28 days.

The name isn't released as soon as the 7 days reserve period is over. The period is extended depending on how long you held the previous name.

 

i've seen some people open 2 name change tabs

1 change it to vulgar name (this acc has desired name)

acc 2 change to desired name

 

You can't change account names that have multispaces to displays .
