    I never scammed you dude, lol. I did the quests all except DT super cheap, and even got you all the items and started DT, it was just never finnished because your combat level is way too low to beat any of the bosses for the diamonds. It's not like I didn't try to beat the bosses but I kept getting killed. Plus I haven't been on all weekend :p

    From what I see, he didnt scam you. If he wanted to, he wouldn't have done all of the subquests. You should get in contact with him.
