[email protected] this guy sent me cash over paypal, he said his name was felix but the acc that sent the cash was from some Kasie kelly? What do you think of this, i am asking for proof of that hes this person but he just says ill scam him...ill send the cash back i just ...dunno.

Turns out he is a scammer, kept bragging about his proxies whatever...cash and acc still for sale...whats the safest method?
