Interesting that the renewal for the 25th season has been confirmed. Last week, reporters suggested that there was a payment dispute for the voices of the Simpsons.
$8 million dollars each for 22 weeks work..and still they were not satisfied.

I'm sorry but they just need to end the series. Personally I don't think a t.v. show should go on for more than 15 seasons (And that's really pushing it..)

 

Yeah, they'll receive less money for each episode now.

But I remember how they used to get paid 400k per each episode? lmao

^. I understand they don't exactly have to have a story line, but 25 seasons is ridiculous for 1 T.V. show. I don't like the show much anyway, so this could just be my personal opinion.

 

I prefer American Dad , Family Guy but simpsons are always fun to watch.

 

I love The Simpsons so I'm glad it didn't get cancelled.

I really like the simpsons, despite the fact that the quality kinda dropped a lot. You just can't hate homer.
But yeah, American Dad is awesome
I like how the episodes are always extreme, with prostitution, adultery, etc...

Ehh, The Simpsons has been going downhill, I don't want them to cancel it but I think the writers need to step it up. It seems the show's only popular now because they get a celebrity voice actor for like every episode and mention it 5 times during the previews.

 

The Simpsons is past its prime lol. Nothing beats American dad and Family guy.

 

South Park.

 

It's always been shit.

 

Simpon's has been amazing at the start, slowly started to go downhill. They should just let it die in dignity, not pull out as much cash as possible.

 

Meh, not a big fan of simpson, never have been. It will end sooner or later.

 

I've never really liked the Simpsons, I prefer South Park and Futurama.
