Explanation of the trade: One of my service workers cleaned an ironman bank he was working on since March 8th.

How they scammed: Cleaned an ironman bank worth 1.5b

Other relevant trade screenshots: I will have to put all proof in reported post as to not compromise how we determined it was this worker. I'm requesting to keep his deposit from my server as well as keep his deposit from other servers he works for that I've already spoke to and they are awaiting the report outcome. He currently works for @Lorax Services and @LuckyCharmGold. He has 500m deposit on one server and ~$160 on another. My losses from the 1.5b ironman well exceed all of the combined deposits.

 

Is working with another server considered a scam? Lol, what kind of scam is that? Show proper proof, Straw sir—this is just my profile being shown, it’s not any real proof

Sir, I just want you to ask him to provide the screenshot of the ticket where the scam supposedly happened. I have the ticket number and screenshots that show I didn’t scam anyone. Please ask for the full screenshot of that ticket so it can clearly prove whether I did it or not

And sir, the people from the other servers are also siding with him. Instead of asking for proof, they’re making fun of me and not helping resolve the issue. They even took away my worker role without any proof

Sir, this is the ticket in which the alleged scam occurred. However, if I had committed the scam, Dink is active on your server, so there should be screenshots recorded. How is it possible that no screenshots are available on our side, while they claim to have them?
Sir, this is the image from my Dink, where only the last boss-killing image is shown. After that, where the scam supposedly happened, no image appears in our Dink. So how did they get those scam screenshots, especially when they don’t even match our PC?

And sir, they are demanding $1000 from me. They actually scammed me and did all this just to take my money. Earlier, I completed an order of 680M for them, but they removed my ticket without informing me and didn’t pay me for it. When I asked for my payment, they threatened to remove me from the server if I brought it up again. Now they’ve done the same thing again. I was working on two jobs—1139M and 500M—but they removed those as well. Now they are calling me a scammer and trying to take my deposit too

This guy is full of shit and has already confessed to scams so lets go ahead and add some stuff to this report.

About 2-3 hours after we removed his worker role and told him we had caught him stealing he decided to convert a customers legacy account he still had access to a jagex launcher account. I will attach screenshots below where he confirms to my admin that his "worker" did it, and he filed a police report, he found the black sheep, ect. Mind you, this theft of the legacy account only happened after we confronted him and provided him with evidence, clearly trying to get what he can. All of his bogus claims above are lies and make no sense, with the proof at hand that's in reported post it could only be him.

I showed you my loyalty and how serious I am about my work, but what did you do? For the sake of money, you made me look like a scammer. I told you I was ready to give you this account—leave that aside, I’ve already taken a loss. Now you should also prove it: who stole that 1500M? Show the full ticket number here from where the scam happened

I can confirm that this guy worked for me, and that the plugin used is ours (basically confirming that the items were stolen by this guy, since it proofs he worked both for MMOGoldHut and our server).

This guy also tried working for us, but our plugin was probably "too secure" where no theft could take place without it being notified by us (you can't turn it off, which he did for MMOGoldHut's plugin). This worker tried leaving our server a couple days prior to this scam took place. Luckily we have a wait period of 7 days and hold his deposit.

I will gladly hand out the deposit to @strawsombrero to pay for the damages.

Scammers shouldn't be able to abuse service providers by stealing items of customer accounts and getting away with it because of "lack of evidence/proof", which is often the ruling of Sythe. Otherwise this stays a constant loop and a "profitable" way to get away with theft via Sythe forums. Which ultimately hurts the reputation of both service providers & Sythe because these type of scams will keep on taking place.

 

Sir, I feel very bad about this situation. I don’t understand on what basis LuckyCharm is accusing me and calling me a scammer. I only did two jobs there, and I was not comfortable with it, so I had already decided seven days ago to take my deposit back.

And why are they calling me a scammer when, according to their own security system, no one can even steal anything from there?

 

And yes sir, regarding MMO, I will say the same thing again — when I already have 1B cash deposited with them and I am doing work worth around 2 to 3B, why would I steal only 1500M? Only a foolish person would do something like that.

And sir, this is our livelihood. This is how we earn money, so why would we steal from the same place where we make our income?

Sir, I have three children. I earn well from this work and provide good things for my kids. Why would I risk my job and reputation for just 1500M?

 

And yes sir, I admit that I sent them that message, but we did not steal anything. My friend advised me to say that to them and continue my work. He told me that money can be earned again, but respect is very difficult to earn back. He suggested that I should pay them from my own side and restart my work with them.

I only sent that message because I thought I could continue working and repay them at the same time, and this way my respect and reputation would also remain safe.

Sir, this was all just an excuse. They told me to say that the theft was done by my worker so they could explain the situation to their client. They also said that after this, they would keep me again as a worker. I only sent that message because they asked me to. But then they used it as proof and showed everything on sythe.org to make it look like I scammed them. Sir, all of this was done to me by them

 

Sir, I just want to say that I already had a 1B deposit with them, and I was also working for them with around 2–2.5B worth of work. So why would I scam only 1500M and risk losing all of my own money?
