For those of you who sell via PA

For those of you sell via PA and receive a payment to your premier or business Paypal account, do you get hit with fees from the payment itself? Right now I am using a personal account, so I do not get charged fees for receiving payments. However, I am way above the $500 withdraw limit per month, and am considering going premier, but only if the PA payments do not incur any fees. Otherwise, what I'll do it mass-pay to my brother's Paypal account (so it's one large sum of money with only a $1 fee), and transfer the money into his bank account. And then from his account back into mine.
