Just thought about how I paid 30m for a name here on sythe and it got recovered 1 day before i could change it -.-

Can we have a sticky/section like this? its an EASY way to scam people and a sticky/ section of names not buy would prevent some easy scamming i think.


EDIT: KeroKeroCola suggests that names be made transferable before selling, this is an excellent suggestion imo.

Are you referring to name sales? I think a better option is to make a rule that a rare name has to be able to be changed immediately by the buyer or it cannot be sold.

 

a) Noone updates that thread often enough, and its not stickied in the names sales section. I think a new sticky with the DISPLAY NAMES of the accounts(i.e the display names that people want) should me created.

Yes I am, and this is a brilliant suggestion. Better than mine.
