phone credit to cash?

hello people.

I'd like to buy RPs on League of Legends but when I pay directly from my phone Im only getting like 400 for paying directly through my phone.

Is there some way to "convert" my phones credit (9€) into cash on paypal/internet cash in general?
I dont mind loss if Ill get +5€

 

You can use OneBip to get credit from ur phone onto there. But im not sure if you can send money from there to Paypal.

 

No, unless you know a guy who needs a RuneScape upgrade, you buy it with your phone and sell it for him.

If you use Onebip, you get 30-50% from your balance and you need to wait 6 months to withdraw the balance. There are other webpages as Onebip, but they pay similar, because that's what you get from an SMS message.
