aren't you supposed to eat your whey before your workout? idk though may be wrong.

I'd suggest not taking creatin and just fix your diet, it will cost less and you're like what 14 lol?

just eat chicken breast, grill it, bake it or fry it in olive oil.
    for breakfast have some yogurt/oats
try to reduce the amount of sugar you drink ie fruit juices, soda etc

    I cba to talk about diets but i can point you in the right direction;

Okay, personally i don't think you should take creatine but it's your body.
and just research the rest, weight loss is mainly down to your diet.

These guides include very good videos with good advice. I suggest look through.

I drink Syntha 6 after every workout and it works great, it is a slow releasing protein powder though. You should do more research on the type you have to see when/how much is best to take.

Creatine ! And need some exercise advice.

Creatine is used to get you pumped for a workout, and help you feel more active while doing it. That's why it's filled with so much sugar. It works pretty well when you're taking the right amount, but coming off of it, I noticed I wasn't as active and energetic when doing a workout.

The creatine is probably good for your p90x workouts and helps you stay in to it. Don't be surprised though when you stop taking creatine for a bit that you won't feel as pumped anymore while doing the p90x.

What Dave said. You do not need it, just do sit-ups in various positions.

Also, do other exercises if you want, like squats, push ups, pull ups.

Hi Krazed Pure, thanks for posting. Here are the answers to all your questions.

Regarding P90X, you should weigh yourself once per week in the morning. This way you'll know if P90X is working or not. Generally results are measured in 1-week/2-week/4-week intervals. It's your choice what you want to do.

Regarding the whey protein powder, take it 1h pre-w/o or following post-w/o. Consider eating a plate of veggies or fruit with it.

As for the creatine, I wouldn't recommend using it just yet. It sounds like you're trying to lose weight. Creatine will make you gain water weight, that is, your muscles will retain more water, therefore weighing you down a bit more. Creatine isn't usually run on a cutting cycle, but if you really want to use it, then you still can. You will still reap the benefits of it (quicker muscle repair, etc).

As for a diet plan, it's quite simple: High protein, low carb, low fat.
Meat: Extra lean beef, tuna, turkey, chicken, etc.
    Dairy: Yogurt, milk, cheese, etc.
Grain: Grain breads, whole wheat pasta, etc.
Fruit: Banana's, apples, oranges, pomegranates, etc.
Veggies: Celery, avocado, carrots, broccoli, etc.
Since you're trying to lose weight, avoid eating lots of bread, pasta, pastries, and fatty meat, chips, soda, candy, etc.

    ------------

Ok it looks like this thread needs some help. Everyone who has talked about creatine so far is wrong.

    1) Creatine is not a suppliment for gaining muscle, it simply aids in repairing the muscle after it's been heavily worked. The only way to gain muscle is to work it hard!
    2) Creatine is not a supplement for getting you pumped for a workout, nor does it have any sugar in it. However, mixing it with a sugary drink is beneficial because your body will absorb more of the creatine.
    3) Don't take creatine with orange juice or anything that has caffeine, it actually hinders the absorption of creatine. Instead, take it with grape juice or another sugary drink (such as Gatorade).
    4) How to take creatine: Assuming you're using creatine monohydrate, take 5g 4x per day for the first 5 days, then take 2.5g 1x per day for the next 21 days. After that, stop taking creatine for a month. This is called a "cycle." You should cycle creatine.
