What reqs are needed for this guide to be effective? Cls has his own clan with a multitude of helpers always at hand for luring along with funding for the best possible gear. Not saying this guide is faulty but I don't want to purchase something that I may not be able to utilize properly.

 

Nothing is required. All you need is a spec weapon or mage to kill the victim. In clan wars you can attack any level.
