Raising Defence In F2p w/o Hitpoints

    Raising Defence In F2p w/o Hitpoints
    How do I raise my defence in f2p without training my hitpoints? I only need to get level 10 defence and wasted the edgeville lamps on crafting. So is there anyway to train my defence without raising my hitpoints without becoming a member.

    Besides xp lamps from Randoms and the Strongholds, I don't think you can.

    Thats pretty much the only way in F2P and Zeals in P2P.
