Buying A Range Tanker

I do realize my post count is extremely low. Don't worry, I will go first.
No problems with that.

This is what I am interested in:
NO more than 40 attack! (May accept 41... Hehe.)
Preferably 75+ Strength.
Preferably 75+ Defense.
Preferably 75+ Ranged.
Absolutely 0 Prayer or Magic.

(Keep in mind I am using this to pk in f2p with my range tank buddies.)

That being said, I may be willing to go beyond these guidelines.
So, if you got an account that somewhat fits these standards. Let me know!

Will accept lower stats if you got enough zeal to compensate.

Not interested in bank loot. Wouldn't care if it literally had nothing to it's name.
