Anyone taking part in the protests?

So I'm sure you've seen in the news recently about the protests occuring at Wall St. Now people in over 280 cities nationwide are taking part in what could be the biggest public protest in our country since the Vietnam war.

I (as well as many of you) will be graduating college soon and entering one of the worst job markets in this countries history with a load of student loan debt as well as the rising prices of general living expenses. If you think your parents or other people from the older generation have it rough, at the rate we're going things for us are going to be even harder.

I personally (along with a few students from me school) will be going to Chicago tomorrow or over the weekend for a couple days to support the cause. This could be a historic moment for our country in my lifetime and if some change actually does come about from it, I can say I was there. I fully support (most of) the ideals and people that have finally decided to stand up and try to make a change for the better.

Even if there's a 0 in 10 million chance that anything will ever come of this, I am going to put aside my disbelief for the sake of those that are finally stepping up.

For those that live in the US, is anyone or does anyone plan to take part in any of the protests around your area? If so, in what city?

 

The problem is ending the Federal Reserve. Until people realize this, our country will continue to decline.
