It just shocks me lolz

Same thing happened to me when I first started botting. I lasted a week before purchasing my first bot and my main got banned when they did a sweep at soul wars. It was my first account and I didn't have any other offenses, but still got a perm ban. I was also using a paid script and was only botting 6-8 hours a day, so I was pretty unlucky. I lost my 124 main with nearly 2,000 total and over 2b cash. I quit for a month, but ended up coming back and starting over. Since then, I've botted a lot of accounts up and have gotten several 99s. I accomplished more in 6 months from botting than I did in 6 years on my main. I haven't had any bans either except for a 14 day ban on one of my accounts after botting 24/7 at sorc garden for 4 months. Just start over. You'll have a better account in no time. Bot carefully and make sure you aren't at places with a high ban rate.

 

Wrong some poor technology bots or shitty ones get you banned in less than an hour, someone are almost instant if they have no antiban.
Check rsbuddy's free gatestons, actually free rsbuddys or rsbuddy scripts in general are high banrate.

Willows that's why you got banned. Classic botting place since bot began invading runescape. OR your bot got stuck and fucked you over hardcore.

 

It all depends on what you're botting, where you're botting and when you're botting.
