no1 wants to trade with me becuase im new, i need vouches and will do anything for them.

 

I'm sure there would be plenty of people who'd be willing to trade with you... Of course they might be a bit hesitant to go first given your newcomer status, but that doesn't mean they won't trade you... Suggest the use of an MM/OMM, or be willing to go first to trusted people, let people know they can trust you by first showing that you're willing to trust them.

Also, don't just go asking for vouches. Having a high number of vouches isn't really worth anything if all those trades had a value of ~5m or some other small value. When you're trading with someone, make sure you look through their vouches and read them to see how legitimate they are.
