The factor of how they were labelled a pedophile should paly a huge part in if they deserve this kind of treatment. Say it's a 20 year old man dating a 16 or 17 year old, the two decide to consummate, both willingly and the parents or some others don't take it lightly, and freak out. Causing him to get arrested.

In the case of the above the man would be labelled a pedophile, and wouldn't need this sort of punishment. If it is say an older man raping, and putting children or teens through horrible acts, then yes he deserves everything he has coming to him, and more.

i think if they can 100% prove through dna/witnesses that it was indeed the person they should cut the nutz off. Fuck em its an eye or for an eye in my book.
