The account has 9 level 99's: herblore, agility, mining, thieving, magic, woodcutting, cooking, firemaking and fletching, along with an impressive 93 fishing and 86 hunter. Additionally, it has 132.4m total XP.

The 35 defense and constitution are for the agile armor that is in the bank. The 20 attack, strength, range, prayer and the 15 summoning were for clue scroll hunting, in addition to the contribution of the P2P combat level of 69… C; (harharhar). In F2P its combat level is 68. As far as I'm aware, there's no way I can make the combat level 69 in F2P while keeping it the same in P2P.

This account is a weird hybrid of clue hunter, skiller, and agilitizer pro. If the new owner keeps everything as is, (meaning just skilling, no combating) than the account will acquire compliments from all over. The time where you fish for compliments from people that inadvertently respond to your boohoos will be over! The compliments will slither to you instead. People dig the 69 combat with the high skilling stats.

I am not sure of how herblore is valued on this account, I am just gonna throw out a price and say a bit more than 100$

 

Is ~100 bucks all it will get? Anyone else have an opinion?

 

Ehhh, the combat is sad to see. It's $250-300 on a level-3 account. Regardless of the "low combat level" it's still classified with mains (rather than skillers) so it suffers a price cut just because of that.

Also, demand for skillers is dwindling, especially because of bots. The only accounts people want to have NOW are high mains are high pures.

I'd say to the right buyer who is willing to put in a lot of love, it's $200-250 material. For a quick sale, $150 wouldn't be a bad bet in my opinion.
