    Lol'd. Have you heard of inflation? let me give you some examples of the disasters caused by inflation. In RS, of course, it will act differently because of store prices pegging things down, unless jagex made fluid store pricing.

    Look at the picture in the second article. Also, remember that the real value of those bills is actually 25 zeroes more. While this cannot happen in runescape (yet) because of the gold limit, Hyperinflation would destroy RS.

    The only possible way gp will go up in value is if free trade gets removed.
