account 1: only quest done is lost city and a couple non members, dragon slayer isnt done and also eligible for a vet cape



account2: really wondering how much this is and its also elegible for veterans cape

 

about 40$ for account 1
3$ max for account 2

 

not even $5 for account two since its 99 wcing?

and acc 1 40-50$, he's right with this 1 i think

99 woodcutting adds up to almost nothing to the account, I have seen kero selling an account with 99 wc for 30$ but it was lvl 3.
So I'd say the account is worth max 10$ and you will have a hard time reaching that price.
tl;dr the account still sucks

edit: just realized that account ha lvl 96 on strength, I thought it was lvl 99. The account will sell for about 30$ in which case.

Unquested accounts with defence are pretty cheap.
