RsSalesGuy banned by FireZ - Dispute

Here to dispute my ban as the evidence supported was not valid and not enough was supported according to the Sticky.

A user by the name of Halo something accused me of scamming him and therefore made a report based on the evidence he had.

Time to state facts on my side of the story.

1. He did NOT provide pictures of any ingame trade actually happening, which is one of the sticky rules for scammer reports.
2. My Signature was changed yes, but this was many hours, possibly even a day before he ever contacted me first thru PM.
(PunkerPunk13 was a witness and could vouch that I did completely switch MSNs Friday/Saturday) hence the MSN in my signature being changed.)
3. Halo is at fault, 1 because he didn't take pictures of whatever trade supposedly happened in game, 2 his scam report therefore did not fulfill enough evidence for me to be banned, 3 My signature clearly says PM before trading, which any person should do trading anyone.

Basically I feel like I'm being banned for changing my signature, as this person claims to have been scammed by my old MSN which I stopped using half day/day before he contacted me, and again Punkerpunk13 could tell you that.
Nor did he support his scam report enough to result in a ban.


At the MOST, I should be receiving a TWC, which still would be much, as I did not scam. I'm more than willing to take a TWC rank to be part of the community again though.

 

Why did you switch msns? Was it hacked?

 

And was the the situation with TBT ever fixed?
