Not including prayer, it's only worth $20 ONLY because of DT. The prayer adds some value, but honestly it takes a lot of legitimate time to make use of it. Many buyers simply won't want to put in the time, so it'll be hard to sell it. $40-60 is a decent price range (even though the value of the prayer is $100) for this reason.

Where did u get 100$, people said 20-60$ @ Max. 60$ is ABSOLUTE max.
