RsSalesGuy Scammed Me

I tried selling him a red p-hat, and after the transaction he logged off of MSN and I did not receive anything in my paypal account. I have linked pictures of the msn chat, and a transcript of the chat, and a picture of me with the party hat before the transaction. After I pm'd him asking what was up, he responded asking if i was talking to the "real rs sales guy" and I noticed he had changed his msn in his sig to a different email. I am sure if you look at the logs of his signature changes you will see this.

Prove thats his email/msn

 

If you look at his past signature, he used to advertise the email that I have in the chat log. After I pm'd him he changed his msn in signature to @live.com.
Oh, and this is making me lol, under his "known" imposter list he changed the email that used to be there and changed it to [email protected]. So another thing you could do is look at the edit status of his post here to see him changing "his known imposter list" everytime he scams someone.

 

Searched it on google and it comes up everywhere, give me a few more minutes, thanks

Proof of in game rs name and trade?

 

That is something I sadly do not have, I do not have a picture of the actual trade taking place. I can remember random facts about it though which are probably not useful to you but whatever. His runescape name is "E l f", we did the trade on world 29 he had to switch from members to free world, met at lumby castle and I gave him random stuff on top of the phat for free, because I have quit this game so why not. Just in case you somehow have some extra info. Lack of foresight on my part...

Hope that doesn't get in the way of dealing with him though cause it seems it should already be clear cut that hes doing some fishy business here. It wouldn't piss me off if he just scammed me and left but hes still actively posting on this forum after scamming me and I can't stand that.

*Edit, I also have pm's that we sent between each other with him trying to defend that he didnt scam me if you can access those.

 

This is going to be closed due to insufficient proof, in the future use a OMM and make sure to record everything.

 

You guys should make a thread or sticky telling what you need to record then, cause honestly here you are just letting a scammer get away with it all. I would have recorded everything if i knew what to record. You guys really need a sticky in the item trading subforum. I mean do you guys need proof that i don't have the phat anymore? Cause i can even let you log onto my RS account and see my inventory. This was pretty much a one time trade for me, I don't use this site at all i just wanted to sell my phat, just going through all this trouble to either bring this guy to justice, or try to make sure other people don't get scammed Ill do anything.

 

I mean this guy changed his signature... right after i started pm'ing him about him scamming me. How is that itself not a dead giveaway? Look at the google caches, your own logs or archive.org. Just because he does a couple of RS gold to Real Life money trades to get vouches doesn't mean he won't scam someone who did a huge transaction like a party hat.
