    WTF is an effigee?
    Ok I know this sounds stupid but i've played rs since 05 and never heard of an effigee. I mainly bot my acc then pk and stuff. Can someone just give me a basic description on what it is. thanks

    There are 4 steps to opening it to get a great XP lamp from the middle.

    1. Level 91 skill
    2. Level 93 skill
    3. Level 95 skill
    4. Level 97 skill

    All steps have 2 skill options, and one of the skill options is assistable if you do not have the required level.

    I have a question. Do only certain skills show up in starved. Also does the monster that drops the item affect the skills it will allow you to boost?
