    i know blending and all that is Blech havnt made a sig in around 5ish months and only had about 20 minutes to make this before i had to leave but whatever im a noob

    Always avoid using borders, as it cuts off and isolates the composition - detracting from the overall flow.
    Once again you've slightly over-sharpened the piece... reduce the sharpening yet still have him in focus, and make the overlaying red fragments slightly out of focus.
    Blur and smudge the background (both areas) out from him while mirroring the direction of his body movement and arm, with a slight curve to it. Put these parts further out of focus.
    And finally you should ease into a blur at the end of his arm to increase the depth - like it's receding in to space.
