The moderators of Sythe are fucking awesome

I used to only post on Runescape Community a lot (zybez.net/community) and I thought their mods were good.

Fuck that. Within the last few months of posting on Sythe regularly, I decided to hop on zybez once again to post in the off-topic section like I normally do whilst browsing some other random RS forums.

I blatantly see a mod, being the second post in a topic, trolling the original poster. I'm like, wtf? a mod spamming? cmon.. I call him out on it and receive like -8 rep instantly (it's something they have on their site..). I lol'd and haven't been there since >_<

Good job sythe mods for not tolerating stupid shit.

 

Zybez is full of idiots. A key factor is maturity and the level of it.

 

Yeah, I was apart of the Zybez community for about a week, and couldn't stand it because there were too many ignorant people. :/
Sythe seems like it has a much greater community.

I am a former mod at Zybez.. A lot of the staff take things too seriously in my opinion but the worst is that a lot of the members are suck ups, not that this doesn't happen here.

The mods here have a lot to deal with being black market as well that zybez doesn't. The mods here do really well.

But, keep in mind, there off topic section is simialar to our spam section, you would find the same joking around from mods here in the spam section.

 

There's nothing to be corrupt about, it's a forum about Runescape, there's no profit involved whatsoever.

OT: I like Zybez, I personally haven't been there in a while, but I do have a registered account with nearly 3k post count there. The site did attribute to my fame on youtube since I was pretty active in the Player Kills/Pk Video's section. I think my PK Gallery there has over 50k views lol.

 

We take things seriously too, but we try to have a laugh at the same time. I can pretty much guarantee that the Sythe staff has better communication between the ranks. I see a lot of communities where the administrators don't even know who they allow to moderate their forums, which I find saddening.

 

Corruption is not attached to profit however. It can also signify abuse of power. ^_^

 

I think it is very similar to sythe actually. Admins there all do votes fot promotions just like here, there are private forums like here, and leaders of bored, etc. I think the way the two are structured are very similar. The admins and mods there all know each othet like here.

More of the things they take too seriously are behind the scenes. It is hard to explain.

 

Oh I know. I have ~2k posts on zybez and have been quite active in the off-topic section (which doesn't add to PC ), but the spam post wasn't in the off-topic section :laugh:

 

Sythe has the best Moderators BY FAR.

Rsbots.net has the worst mods, they're all doosh bags who think they're above everyone, all they do is troll and hand out infractions for the worst reasons.

 

true i do like 95% of the moderators on here and i joined zyzbez for about a month and mods are very ignorant and rude sometimes on there

 

this is true and well sythe mods are the best that is true, very involved in the community and being just like your right hand, and not only the mods, but all the staff, thanks to all of you guys

 

I absolutely agree that we have the best mods. Honestly, in 2008/2009 the Sythe community including mods were not at their greatest. But when I came back I was SO pleasantly surprised. Everyone seems to get along. Everyone loves the mods and although we've had our fair share of drama recently, the community is very intact. I'm glad to be a part of it.

This is very true. Pretty much all the mods on Zybez are dicks.

 

Sythe is the only blackmarket I would sell & buy large amounts of gold how meny mods & verified MM's Banned for scamming large amounts of gold.
But I don't think I've seen Meny mods/trusted members banned on sythe for scamming only Nate,Faren.
