    How to the top upgrade seller get all those upgrades? And how do they actually make money off of it selling so cheap, while upgrades cost alot of $$ from jagex

    I'm not allowed to say how, but I can say that they buy them in an unconventional way so that they still make massive profits selling at low prices.
