How to: Create thoose mainstream texts used in signatures

What you will need:

Basic knowledge of cinema 4d and to have it.




Dont be afraid to ask, this tutorial is a bit messy.

If this proves to be to hard, i might do a vid tutorial.

It isnt harder than this really. Takes 10-15 minutes to make.

 

This is a nice short and brief explanation of how to get exploding text in Cinema4D.
Even tho there are many, MANY of these tutorials online, nicely done.
I suggest you to make a nicer looking layout for this tho, as it currently doesn't really look appealing.

 

Its also a tutorial on how to make a signature similar to yours. And yes, the layout is messy i will give you that. I will prolly upload a videon on it.

But Id rather use someone trusted from here on Sythe such as Kinaesthic or chinesekid,
They're extremely creative & well worth your money<3

 

For your information, I haven't, EVER, used explosionFX.
And I swear that on my moderatorship.

 

I wouldn't care if you used it either, however this tutorial is focusing on copying the look that most of the artist on sythe is using, well the ones who are selling their images anyways. I'm just giving people a opp to create this themselves.

Since it isn't that hard or time consuming . Also, im not using explosionFX in this tut.

Completely agree with you, I, also am getting sick of people that have downloaded cinema4d and started selling stuff they make the same day.
/urge to sticky is great.

Which proves a point of mine, you can't do that with photoshop and expect to put out quality work. PS takes a lot of time and learning to produce quality work, when 5 or 6 tuts with this and you can be making sigs people will shell out big for.

And what would you sticky? You can't come here when you're a beginner and make a shop?

 

Sadly people tend to avoid new sellers, even if they are better than the more established ones. Tho this is nothing new.

 

The urge to sticky was purely out of sarcasm, as I am getting sick of it, slowly..
And when you manage to combine Cinema4D and photoshop together, it's even a better experience.. It's lovely haha.

 

Just a few pointers for things I find make the process quicker:
Instead of using an extrude NURBS, just go to Mograph>MoText and use that. Saves a step.
Other than that, it's a decent guide, but could use a decent cleanup, and , IMO, should not be plastered all over itself.
