    Right now they do, in the sticky kerokero states that they don't (or should not)

    What is wrong? it actually makes more sense to me that they do not count towards post count.

    Either is fine. If someone is posting a number and giving a justification as to why, then there's no reason that shouldn't count as a post in my opinion.

    I do think that it should be clarified one way or another though.

    Yes, Personally I am indifferent and it is not an important matter, but either remove post count in the section or correct the sticky.
